When viewing a RealVideo file, an "error #11" occurs. Why is that?
Answer:
This message usually indicates that RealPlayer attempted to play a file that is not in a RealAudio or RealVideo format accessible by the player. Each version of RealPlayer can only access specific types of media. If you are getting this error, your are likely using an old version of the player. You must upgrade to the RealPlayer specified in the IIT Online Technical Support page.
